OK2Bali Payment Terms

1. Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods to facilitate your booking, including:

  • Credit cards (Visa or MasterCard)
  • Bank transfers
  • Cash (for on-site bookings)

2. Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total trip price is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
  • The balance is due 30 days prior to your departure date during the normal season and 60 days prior to your departure date during the high season.

3. Full Payment / Balance

  • For bookings made less than 30 days prior to travel, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Any additional charges incurred during your trip (excursions, upgrades, etc.) must be paid before departure or during your stay.
  • All payments should be received in full, and any bank commissions or charges are the senders responsibility. Otherwise, your reservation is not accepted.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Regular Season: January 6 to June 30 and September 11 to December 19

  • All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following fees:
  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund of the amount paid, less the deposit.
  • 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

High Season: July 1 to September 10 and December 20 to January 5

  • More than 60 days before departure: Full refund of the amount paid, less the deposit
  • Between 45 and 60 days before departure: 50% refund of the total trip price.
  • Between 30 and 44 days before departure: 25% refund of the total trip price.
  • Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
  • Special conditions may apply to certain packages, promotions, or bookings during peak season.

5. Currency

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (rest the world) or Euro (for European countries).

All payments must be made in the currency specified by OK2Bali. If you wish to pay in another currency, please contact our team for applicable exchange rates.

Disclaimer and Compensation

  • Booking implies the client’s acceptance of the risks inherent in an organized tour. The client releases OK2Bali, as well as its directors, shareholders, and employees, from all liability for any loss, injury, illness, death, or personal injury, property damage, or damage to vehicles, occurring during their participation in an organized tour or adventure activity. The client also waives any right to claim damages for any loss or injury suffered during their participation in an organized tour or adventure activity.
  • Clients with pre-existing medical conditions are advised to consult their doctor before participating in an organized tour or adventure activity. They must inform OK2Bali of this pre-existing medical condition at the time of booking. If they nevertheless participate in the organized tour and/or adventure activity, they release OK2Bali from all liability for any injury or adverse event. These clients must also ensure they bring any medication necessary to treat their pre-existing medical conditions.
  • The client guarantees that they and any minor children in their care are medically fit to participate in the excursion.
  • OK2Bali disclaims all liability, direct or indirect, for any damages that may result from the use of its website, the content of websites to which it links, or any communication made by its employees via email or data transmission that may cause harm to the client or third parties. Our devices are equipped with antivirus software.
  • OK2Bali reserves the right to cancel an excursion for reasons beyond its control and will inform the client as soon as possible. A replacement vessel will be provided at the same price as the one originally paid.
  • OK2Bali reserves the right, if necessary, to modify the itinerary during the excursion (for example, due to weather conditions). No refunds will be issued for unused services, even in the event of cancellation or suspension of any part of the program or services during the excursion for reasons beyond our control.

Force Majeure

The “Force Majeure” clause applies in the event of war, civil unrest, strikes, acts of terrorism, natural or industrial disasters, government regulations, communication or public service failures, shortages or rationing of raw materials, changes in airline schedules, or any other irresistible event beyond the control of OK2Bali.

Governing Law

Any legal action relating to this contract will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Passport

To enter Indonesia, foreign nationals must have a passport valid for at least six months. They can apply for a visa upon arrival at [https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id]. In addition, travelers must complete the Indonesian National Immigration Card, available at [https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id], and have onward tickets for their trip.

For visitors to Bali, a tourist tax of IDR 150,000 per person applies, as detailed at [lovebali.baliprov.go.id]. A visa on arrival costs IDR 500,000, is valid for 30 days, and can be extended for an additional 30 days if needed.
